Therapeutic Support Workers - Days & Nights

We are looking for compassionate, resilient and dedicated Therapeutic Support Workers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.

Working within a therapeutic residential setting, you will provide consistent, nurturing and trauma-informed care, helping young people feel safe, valued and supported.

You will build positive relationships, support emotional regulation and independence, and help young people achieve their individual goals.

Our Day and Night Support Workers play an equally important role in creating a stable and therapeutic environment, with responsibilities including supporting routines, activities, education, appointments, safeguarding and maintaining a safe and homely environment.

Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for both experienced care professionals and those looking to develop a rewarding career in therapeutic childcare.

Senior Support Workers

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Therapeutic Senior Support Worker to take a key role in supporting the young people we care for while providing leadership and guidance to the wider team.

Working alongside the Registered Manager and senior leadership team, you will help ensure that care is consistent, therapeutic, child-centred and delivered to a high standard.

You will lead by example, support staff in their practice, contribute to care planning and risk management, oversee shift operations and help create an environment where young people can thrive.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people in residential care, a strong understanding of safeguarding and therapeutic practice, and the confidence to mentor and support colleagues.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and play a significant role in shaping positive outcomes for young people.
